Founded in July 2002 by Mike Wells and David Goffin, Dolphin Television Ltd is an independent company, specialising in television airtime sales and sponsorship, teleshopping and broadcast services.

Based in London's West End, Dolphin employs a team of specialist airtime sales and sponsorship professionals dedicated to delivering commercial solutions and advertising revenues to our clients. We work, under contract, with a growing list of digital broadcasters to provide commercial revenues for the channel through a mix of advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping. At the same time, Dolphin helps advertisers (particularly in the field of teleshopping) to gain access to the most appropriate airtime for their products and services.

The experienced management team comprises of David Goffin, Managing Director. Mike Wells, Deputy Managing Director, and Candida Jackson, Sales Director.
